Except as otherwise described below, if you are not satisfied for any reason, products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (if the product is undamaged). Include Order Confirmation
Include a copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip with your RMA paperwork as proof of purchase. Returns received at IPS without an RMA number may be assessed a 15% processing fee that will be deducted from any credit due.
